POS0757 COVID-19 INFECTION AND RECOVERY AMONGST PATIENTS WITH MODERATE-TO-SEVERE LUPUS DURING THE PANDEMIC: RESULTS FROM THE BILAG-BIOLOGICS REGISTER (BILAG-BR)

Background Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) are thought to be at greater risk of severe COVID-19 illness and associated complications due a combination inherent aberrant immune responses, immunosuppressive medications co-morbidities. Objectives To review infections, hospitalisation recovery in real-world cohort patients moderate SLE high immunosuppressant use. Methods The British Isles Lupus Assessment Group Biologics Registry (BILAG-BR) is national prospective registry from the UK (2010-21) requiring significant therapies. BILAG-BR were invited complete paper or online questionnaire which consisted 17 questions assess prior infection their during pandemic. Questionnaires completed between 9 th Oct 2021 7 Jan 2022.
